• Compatible Duct - Features a detachable 6-inch metal duct with an anti-backdraft damper for optimal ventilation and air quality.
• Ensure Perfect Fit: Adjust the casing of the hole for the optimal fit of your fan. Trace and cut the ceiling with a keyhole saw if the hole is too small. If too big, cut the right size of drywall and use wood and drywall caulk for attachment. The repaired area can be polished with putty later.
• Insulating ducts can help prevent condensation when warm air from the bathroom meets cold ducts in the attic.
• If the light or fan is not working, make sure the light and fan cables are connected correctly. And this product is only suitable for 120V.
• In heating and ventilation systems, it is common practice to use sheet metal ductwork and fittings or flexible duct ducting, and use duct tape or aluminum tape to ensure an airtight seal and increase efficiency.
